WHY WE NEED THE PRESENCE OF GOD

SCRIPTURE: ‘And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.’ – John 2:1-2

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God’s Presence is the guarantee for Divine intervention especially in times of frustration

The most powerful force on the face of the earth is the force of God’s Presence. In Psalms 114:3-4, we understand that God’s Presence has the capacity to divide opposition and dissolve obstructions.

When a man carries the Presence of God in his life, the following are expected in his life.
1. Divine Intervention: From our anchor Scripture, we understand that Jesus was invited for the marriage feast and He turned water into wine when the people ran out of wine. This shows that God works where He is welcomed. His Presence is the guarantee of Divine intervention especially in time of frustration. If you are a carrier of Divine Presence, you will not need to beg God to intervene on your behalf.

2. Supernatural Supply: According to Psalms 23:2, God’s Presence releases supernatural supply. To lie down in green pastures is to lie down in abundance. God is the reason for good; He is the source of all good things, and when you are connected to the source, you can never lack resources. The source is the reason for supply and the secret of sustenance. Source also enhances security and safety. The more reliable your source, the more secure and safe your life will be. I prophesy the release of unquantifiable resources in your life this year in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: God’s Presence is the guarantee of Divine intervention especially in time of frustration.

2. Carry out divine instructions that draw God closer to you.

PRAYER: O LORD, draw me closer to You in order to access Your intervention, in Jesus’ Name.
