It's time to stop speaking ill of the church. The root meaning of “church” is not that of a building, but of people. You and I make up the church and until we really get that understanding, we will continue to miss the real message. when we say the church is bad and evil, we are inadvertently calling ourselves bad and evil. Let us speak and act the good we want to see happen.
Matthew 7:4-5 "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. Its easier to point the accusing fingers to others than actually looking inwards to know where we are going wrong. Can we quit noting and recounting the perceived evil ways of others and work on making ourselves the bride that Jesus will be proud of. "That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish Eph 5:27" shows who Christ is coming for.
